Help is built into MX for every role. It lists the pages you can use, explains each one in a few lines and links straight to it.
Open Help

Select the Help button, the question mark at the start of the icons on the right of the top bar.

Pick a topic in the list on the left. On a phone, Help slides up from the bottom of the screen with a topic open; use the back control to see the list.
The list starts with Get started and What’s new, which shows how many updates you haven’t read. Then come topics for the pages in your navigation, in the same order. Pages your role, plan or location access can’t open don’t appear.
Go to a page from a topic
- Go to followed by the page name, for example Go to Reviews, opens the page and keeps your location, group and timeframe where that page uses them.
- Show me closes Help and highlights the page in the sidebar so you can see where it lives. It isn’t shown on a phone or a narrow window, where there is no sidebar.
Close Help
Press Escape, select the Help button again, select the minimize control (Close help) or click outside the panel. Help reopens on the last topic you read until you close the browser tab, unless What’s new has unread updates, or you are new and haven’t finished Get started.
