The website describes MapLovin’s products and professional services. MX is a business-location management platform that, depending on your plan and available features, may help you connect authorized business-listing accounts, organize locations, view reviews and available performance data, prepare replies, propose and approve listing changes, and manage users and access. MX supports Google Business Profile; other providers or features may be added over time.
Illustrative interfaces, business records, photography and examples do not represent customer data, endorsements or guaranteed outcomes. Roadmap descriptions do not promise current availability.
A contact-form submission is an enquiry; it does not create a customer relationship, guarantee a response or form a service contract. A separately agreed service contract or order governs its specific scope and commercial terms and takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Accounts and your responsibilities
Provide accurate account and business information, keep it up to date, protect your credentials and use MX for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the access you grant within your workspace and the content and actions you submit or authorize.
Account access and features are subject to the limits of your plan, including location, user and usage limits. Cooperate with reasonable requests for information or approvals needed to deliver agreed services.
Connected providers and business ownership
When you connect Google or another supported provider, you authorize MapLovin to access and process information within the permissions you grant. You represent that you are authorized to access each connected account and location and to request or approve changes. Granting access does not transfer ownership of your business accounts or locations to MapLovin.
Connected providers are independent third parties. Their terms, policies, availability, approval decisions and usage limits apply and are outside MapLovin’s control. We do not guarantee listing verification, publication, ranking, review removal or other provider outcomes. MX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law or third-party rights, access accounts or locations without authorization, submit deceptive, unlawful or harmful content, bypass usage limits or security controls, probe security without permission, or interfere with MapLovin’s or a connected provider’s systems.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted drafts, analyses and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice. Review output before relying on it or submitting it to a provider. You remain responsible for decisions, content and actions based on that output.
Plans, fees and professional services
MX may offer Free, invited, paid or enterprise plans with different limits. Fees and billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms for paid services are those disclosed and agreed at purchase or in your service contract. A marketing page or enquiry alone does not establish those terms.
Professional services are delivered within the agreed scope. Additional work may require a separate agreement and additional fees. Payment timing and any suspension for non-payment follow the applicable order or service contract and applicable law.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how MapLovin handles information across the website and MX. To request account closure or deletion of associated personal information, email privacy@maplovin.com from the address linked to your account.
Intellectual property and your content
MapLovin and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, text, graphics and other materials. You may view public pages and share links, but may not copy, resell or create derivative commercial materials without permission or a legal right to do so.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize MapLovin to process and transmit that content as needed to provide the services and perform actions you request or approve, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.
Availability, disclaimers and liability
The website and MX are provided “as is” and “as available”. Features and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or specific business, ranking or customer-engagement results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapLovin excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for connected-provider outages, restrictions or data delays. MapLovin’s total liability arising from MX will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid MapLovin for MX in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, unless your applicable service contract provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website or MX and request account closure at any time. Closing an account does not automatically cancel payment obligations under an agreed order or service contract. Professional-service termination and fees for work performed follow that agreement and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, security or legal risk, or as required by law. Account closure and provider disconnection do not automatically delete retained records; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts with jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or commercial changes. We will revise the date above and provide notice of material changes where required.
