MX has three plans: Free, Pro and Business. The rest of this knowledge base describes Business, where every feature is on. This page lists what differs between the plans. For prices, see the Pricing page.
Included on every plan
Every plan has the Dashboard, Locations and location groups, the Reviews Inbox, Approvals, Posts, Touchpoints, Location Finder and Help. Posts on every plan include Draft with AI, with a monthly allowance, and the AI policy review of each post before it is submitted.

Notes on the limits
- Media storage is a total for the company, not a monthly allowance.
- Review Analytics also powers the Dashboard cards about what customers say, the 7Ps experience drivers and the Top action, and the topic filter in the Inbox. Search keywords on the Dashboard are on every plan.
- Content Plan includes scheduling a post for a later time. On Free, posts publish as soon as they are approved.
- Draft with AI in Posts, and the AI posts a Content Plan writes, have monthly allowances that are larger on higher plans.
- Users count active members and invites still pending. Pro allows up to 3 users: to add a member on Pro, contact MX support. On Business, Owners and Admins invite members themselves and can limit them to some locations.
